Catchweight bout: Hayato Sakurai vs. Mac Danzig
Sakurai defeated Mac Danzig via KO (punch) at 4:01 of round 2.

Heavyweight bout: Sergei Kharitonov vs. Mike Russow

Light Heavyweight bout: Mauricio Rua vs. Alistair Overeem
Rua defeated Overeem via KO (punches) at 3:37 of round 1.

Lightweight bout: Takanori Gomi vs. Nick Diaz
Diaz defeated Gomi via a gogoplata submission at 1:46 in the second round. However, the result was later changed to No-Contest by the Nevada State Athletic Commission after Diaz tested positive for marijuana in a post-fight drug test.
